60-Day Risk-Free Trial We believe in our products, which is why we offer a 60-day risk-free trial. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to test it and see the results for yourself. To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened or Used Items Because our product is a personal hygiene device, we are unable to accept full returns on items that have been opened and used. If you have used the product and are not satisfied with the results, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@getnervex.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions regarding returns at support@getnervex.com.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@getnervex.com.
